On harder to determine cases, our veterinary team will conduct a comprehensive exam to determine which scan(s) are needed or if another course of treatment is advisable.
We are happy to help facilitate surgical referrals, but your cases remain under your care.

No problem. Our Medical Director will review the patient’s records to decide which scans will provide the best diagnosis. If there are any questions, we’ll ask the patient to come in for a thorough neurological or orthopedic exam before any scans are done. We’ll also discuss the plan with the referring veterinarian.

Within 24 hours of receipt of your referral, we will contact the pet owner to schedule the procedure. Once confirmed we will provide your office with any relevant details.
Once the MRI has been completed, our Veterinary Radiologists will review the images and issue a detailed report that will be emailed to your office within 48 hours. Direct access to the images will also be available via our online portal.
All reports from Veterinary Outpatient MRI include a complimentary teleconsult with the reading radiologist.
