Dr. Kathleen "Kit" Slocum, DVM

Dr. Slocum is an experienced veterinarian who has been caring for animals for more than three decades. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University.

Throughout her career, Dr. Slocum has worked in private practice, animal welfare, rescue medicine, and mobile veterinary surgery. Her experience includes serving as a clinical veterinarian at the University of California, San Francisco Animal Care Facility.  Since 2012, she has operated Dr. Kit’s Mobile Surgical Unit, providing mobile surgical services throughout the Phoenix area and is on the medical staff at Brookview Animal Wellness in Gilbert, AZ.
