Within 24 hours of receipt of your referral, we will contact the pet owner to schedule the procedure. Once confirmed we will provide your office with any relevant details.
Once the MRI has been completed, our Veterinary Radiologists will review the images and issue a detailed report within 24-48 hours. The report will be sent directly to your office and our staff will follow up to confirm receipt and be available to address any additional questions. Access to the images via our RIS portal is also available upon request.
Our staff will help coordinate a time for you to speak directly with our Veterinary Radiologists in the event you have questions or need any clarifications.
