How Do I Refer A Patient

We make it easy for you to refer a patient to our center for imaging.  Simply click on the Referral Form button to fill-in and send a request directly to our office, or feel free to call or email our staff at (602) 825-3445, admin@outpatientpetmri@gmail.com

 

Scheduling and Communication

Within 24 hours of receipt of your referral, we will contact the pet owner to schedule the procedure.  Once confirmed we will provide your office with any relevant details.

Professional Screening Before Scan

Our Veterinary staff reviews every referred case prior to the scan to ensure the you are getting the information you need.

Reports and Image Access

Once the MRI has been completed, our Veterinary Radiologists will review the images and issue a detailed report that will be emailed to your office within 48 hours. Direct access to the images will also be available via our online portal.   

 

Complimentary Teleconsultation

All reports from Veterinary Outpatient MRI include a complimentary teleconsult with the reading radiologist.
